Position Overview: We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales department. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting leads into sales for our ecommerce products. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Contact leads to introduce our products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in ecommerce or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
