NEORUBY ( House of Neo-brands) is a startup company with an experienced international team that has been active in the European, Asian and American markets for 20 years. We focus on identifying new market opportunities for specific products or services, as well as selling and marketing such emerging brands.
We are based in Berlin but work with global teams and partners in Europe, China, India, Russia and USA.
For the expansion of the B2B business of our own brand "zencQ" in the HVAC and water supplies sector, we are now looking for long-term oriented sales people. As a Country Sales Manager٫ you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately٫ you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large٫ distributed customers.
This is a position in the B2B sales team with great opportunities to grow in the Ukrainian market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy and price policy for Ukrainian market considering territory and sales channels cooperating with our Business Development Director.
- Find distributors in different regions and sales channels.
- Provide support to distributors in sales through customer visits, technical back-up, regular follow-up visits, and overall regional territory analysis. Helping them to attract plumbing, construction and project companies.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the customers.
- Develop strategic relationships with key developers, construction and project companies in the region.
- Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance and promptly make necessary changes to achieve consistent goals with the sales strategy.
- Organize and conduct sales operations, as well as technical training for representative partners and their customers, contractors and engineers. Ensure site visits and after sales support.
- Participate in exhibitions (Aquatherm Kyiv).
- Promote new products and identify new opportunities.
- Share information gained strategically from the related region and the customers to the Business Development Director.
Requirements:
- You have a minimum 5 to 10 years sales experience related to the HVAC and water supply industry;
- You have strong communication, problem solving and management skills;
- You are self-motivated, confident, strategic and an analytical thinker;
- You have computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, CRM software);
- You are willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 50%);
- You are proficient in English (both written and oral ), knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage;
- Must have: Valid and active driver’s license.
